This week was cold. Cold enough that we only had to commute in for one day instead of two.
We went up to see husband’s family and got caught in some snow on the way back. Had wings for dinner at a wing place I haven’t been to in over a decade, easily. I over ordered.
The horribleness of the Trump administration began and has been, like we all knew it would be, relentless in its careless cruelty and malice. I have a trans friend who moved out of the state this past week. I didn’t blame them for one minute, and encouraged them to get as far away from here as they can. They said they feel like they have a target on their back.
We applied for passports this week. Just in case.
