We grabbed a bite out tonight. At the table across from us I noticed a girl -maybe 4 or 5 years old- had on sparkly red shoes.

As I left I said, “I just had to tell you how much I love those ruby slippers!” The mom caught on right away and said, “Oh, she’s definitely Dorothy!”

Apparently The Wizard of Oz is her favorite movie too.

I was afraid it was going to miss the new generation.

I am very happy to know it won’t.
