My home/car insurance rep, who I've been with sinc purchasing the house, said that to me yesterday. We were catching up, and I told her about my sobriety. It turns out her work prior to insurance was in addiciton & recovery. We must've talked for almost an hour.

You just don't get that kind of connection and relationship building from a gecko or a duck or a woman named Flo.
